How do you make feature updates engaging? The concept for this video script was to engage our audience in an organic format of a “day in the life” video using a wedding planner to show updates like annotating a PDF (like a seating chart for client), utilizing handwriting to text (like converting notes into an email for a vendor) etc. I found that this video character naturally incorporated the Scribe’s updates and placed their functions in a very real-world scenario to ensure our product appeared just as nimble and useful as it really was.
